This years workshop has secured two options for lodging. The cutoff for reservations under the hotel block was September 29 at 5:00pm ET.

Directions & Parking

Wednesday, October 18 will take place at the WMU Esports Arena.

Parking: Free in Lot 11

Thursday, October 19 will take place at the Student Recreation Center (SRC) in the morning and the Student Center in the afternoon.

Parking: Free in Lot 80 and Lot 13. Parking in Lot 80 will provide the most convenient access to the classrooms that will be used for the workshop at the SRC. Lot 80 will also be most convenient at the end of the day on Thursday when the workshop has concluded at the Student Center.  

Parking in Lot 11, Lot 80 and Lot 13 will be free on Wednesday, October 18 and Thursday, October 19. All other campus lots are subject to ticketing. See the parking map below for more information about parking.
